How To Book
The frequency between trips can be a bit variable (to fit in with the availability of our trip leaders) but we always aim to offer a varied and action packed programme of events.
Some trips maybe subject to minimum or maximum numbers or need a certain level of ability to participate.

Sunday 7th July
CAP Beach Fun at West Wittering Beach
Join us on the lovely sandy beach, swim, sunbathe, have fun, Kayak surf the incoming High tide waves!
Weekend 12th-14th July
North Wales -
White water trip in beautiful North Wales, around the Llangollen area. This may be for the beginners, intermediates or advanced dependent on interest.
Sunday 4th August
The Thames
Join us on our figure of eight paddle covering the Thames, St Patrick’s Stream, River Loddon and the Hennerton Backwater.
A perfect favourite Summer trip, see all the boating & differing waters
Followed by drinks & food on the sunny Terrace overlooking the River.
Weekend 9th-11th August
North Wales -
White water trip in beautiful North Wales, around the Llangollen area. This may be for the beginners, intermediates or advanced dependent on interest. Canoeing is an option, open water on Lake Bala on Saturday and river trip on Sunday.
Sunday 8th September
Chichester Harbour
Join us as we paddle this beautiful tidal area, feel the sea breeze, see the boats, watch the birds, Summer Magic!
20th-23rd September
The Lake District
Canoe or kayak in the beautiful Lake District. More details to come.
Sunday 6th October
A relaxing Day trip, paddle into Autumn, details to be advised !
25-27th October
The Brecon Beacons
We’re returning to this beautiful and mountainous part of South Wales.
Our boats and kit
We have a range of club boats, paddles, spray decks and cagoules that you’re welcome to use on any club trips. This isn’t exhaustive, but here’s a list of kit you may need on trips. Ask the trip organiser in advance if you’re not sure what to bring or don’t have a piece of kit that you think you’ll need:
- Buoyancy Aid
- Helmet
- Kayak
- Paddle
- Spray deck
- Cagoule
- Footwear (e.g. wetsuit boots. Trainers are not recommended)
- Wet / Dry suit (dependent on season and activity / personal preference)
- Spare clothes (in a dry bag if you have one)
- Food & drink (a thermos flask of hot drink is ideal in colder weather)
